    Wellington, South Africa 2013 “The ultimate aim of Piontage is to win over the most pessimistic “anything but Pinotage” drinkers. Grapes are handpicked from the oldest red grape vineyard exhibiting a deep crimson red with a purple rim. The nose exhibits blackberries, strawberries with some violet and gentle mocha and toffee notes. This beautiful medium-full body juicy wine has a round mouth-feel with a fine, structured tannins and an elegant finish. Pairs well with hearty stews, lamb shank, prime cuts of grilled meats.   • Bosman Family Vineyard Adama White Blend

    Western Cape, South Africa 2013 The blend of 62%Chenin Blanc, 21%Chardonnay, 7%Grenache Blanc, 6%Semillon, 3%Viognier and 1%Pinot Gris are all treated separately until 2 months before bottling, when the blend is finalized. Aged in French Oak, the nose exhibits pineapple, passion fruit and finishes with some spiciness. The aromas develop in the glass, decanting is recommended with complex spicy notes accented from maturation in oak. This gorgeous wine pairs well with a range of dishes, great for holidays and local seafood dishes.     Wellington, South Africa 2013 “The Adama Blend is named after Adam Appolis, a visionary of his time and the forefather of many of the families that work and live on the farm today.”-Rita Andreas Winemaker Corlea Fourie creates this deep crimson red blend with 63%Shiraz, 21%Mourvedre, 21%Grenache Noir, 2%Cinsault, 5%Primitivo and 4%Viognier. Exhibiting raspberry and prune notes supported by subtle cinnamon spice, white pepper and mocha aromas on the nose. Plums and dark cherry on the palate develop in the glass and finishes with a mineral accent. Pairs well with diverse dishes, gourmet pizzas, grilled meats and alone. To be enjoyed in 3-7 years of vintage.
