Founded in 1980, Frey Vineyards was America’s first organic winery. Still family owned and operated after 30 years, we are committed to providing highest quality, award winning wines without the use of synthetic sulfites or other chemical additives or processing aids.

We believe in low impact winemaking and rely on top quality fruit to produce our delicious wines. We never add sulfites, never adjust acid and sugar content and are committed to 100% organic processing. Because we do not manipulate our wines, the flavor mirrors the organic fruit that is the base of our product. We network with several local family-owned vineyards to bring you the finest Organic wines.

  • Pinot Grigio

    The Organic Pinot Grigio is light and refreshing, with notes of lemon meringue and custard apple. It is a great pairing alongside grilled shrimp with citrus rémoulade or cucumber-sesame salad.

  • Natural Red

    55% Carignane, 25% Merlot, 10% Zinfandel, and 10% Syrah

    Our best-selling red table blend is medium-bodied, well balanced and smooth. It pairs well with a wide variety of cuisine, from picnic fare to holiday feasts. An excellent everyday red, carefully crafted with organic techniques. Try it with pizza or pasta.

  • Biodynamic Cabernet Sauvignon

    Vibrant, focused and expressive, with flavors of allspice, huckleberry and underbrush, our Cabernet mirrors the terrior of Redwood Valley’s complex ecosystem. Graceful tannins sustain a velvety mouthfeel, with subtle violet notes on the finish. Pair with New York steaks and Gorgonzola butter or wild mushroom risotto.

  • Organic Zinfandel
