The secular tradition of Cantine MIALI rises from the generous land of Apulia, land of shady woods amid bright “trulli” and old farmsteads. A special collection of wines demonstrate the blending of ancient experience of making special wines with love for tradition and the benefit of innovative technology.

Founder and great-grandfather, Elvino Miali. began the cultivation of the vineyards in 1886. He created wines that told about soil, history and life.  Through the evolution the wine business and world history, the Miali family has continued to realize the patriarch’s vision.  Today, the 4th generation of the family with Michele, Francesco and Marcello, produce wines with and old world flavor for a new market.

  • Lunalba Sparkling Chardonnay

    A dry, lively and persistent 100% Chardonnay. Exhibiting bright yellow color with highlights of green, Lunalba Sparkling Chardonnay is from a selection of vineyards in the heart of Salento that grow chardonnay grapes. Careful management of the fermentation of refinement gives this wine a touch of personality and very intense fruity notes.Gracefully accompanies starters, shellfish, fish and white meats.
  • Dolcimelo DOC

    55% Verdeca, 40% Bianco d'Alessano, 5% Fiano

    Dolcimelo comes from a careful selection of the best grapes harvested from old vines grown in the heart of the Itria valley. The low production and warm sun brings these grapes to ripen perfectly, enhancing the fresh and clean balance in its complexity. A fine delicate wine with hints of peach and honey, pairs beautifully with all types of fish and seafood.

  • Amety's Rosé IGT

    This rosé is a blend of the Primitivo and Syrah grapes. It is a light-medium bodied dry rosé and is both elegant and memorable. Obtaining its deeper color from the Syrah blend, this wine exhibits seasonal strawberry notes with a gentle white pepper on the back and balanced acidity due to the Primitivo grape. A great wine to enjoy alone and with cheeses, grilled pizza and raw bar.
  • “Campirossi” Primitivo IGT

    Campirossi opens with slightly muddled aromas of candied fruit, leather and almond. It shows a touch of bitterness on the finish, with lingering notes of crushed white pepper.

  • Negroamaro Ichore IGT

    Made from Puglia’s celebrated Negroamaro grape, this opens with a ripe fruit aroma of blackberry jam and a savory cured-meat tone. The mouthfeel is chewy, soft and slightly bitter on the finish.

  • Settarte IGT

    Primitivo (70%) and Syrah are blended to produce a full and generous wine, with notes of blackberry, cherry soda, curry leaf and a touch of cracked black pepper. A savory herb note appears on the finish.
