  • Roussanne

    Wonderfully aromatic and layered on the nose suggesting lemon curd, golden delicious apples, vanilla bean, and chamomile tea alongside more savory notes of cashew butter and sea salt caramel. True to its varietal identity, this wine has a rich, concentrated core while holding enough acidity to keep freshness and persistence. Aged for 10 months in a mix of stainless steel and large format puncheon barrels (400L) of which 30% new French oak.
  • Viognier

    A quintessential expression of this timeless varietal, our viognier offers high toned notes of jasmine, doughnut peach, tangerine, and apricot. Hints of flint and baking spice offer a wonderful complexity to this concentrated and rich vintage. The wine is full bodied, with great length, maintaining freshness in a pristine, clean, bright style.

  • Rose

    This dry rose of 100% syrah offers classic aromas of early-season strawberry and watermelon rind, complemented by the savory hint of a just-shucked oyster shell. Fleshy and nicely concentrated, offering pink grapefruit, white peach and hibiscus flavors that tighten up with its chalky texture. Shows very good definition and a long, supple finish that echoes the melon note.
